Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Maia service: the Telegram bot @maia_astro_bot, the maia-astro.com website, and Maia's social-media integrations (including the Meta Threads API app "threadsapp").

What we collect

• Telegram profile basics: your Telegram ID, first name, username and language, provided by Telegram when you start the bot.
• Data you choose to share: birth date/time/place for personalized readings, your questions and messages to the bot, optional photos you send for photo readings.
• Payment status: whether a purchase succeeded, via Telegram Stars or our card payment providers. We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage events: which features you use, to improve the service.

How we use it

• To generate your personal readings (your inputs are sent to our AI providers strictly to produce the answer you asked for).
• To operate paid features, credits and subscriptions.
• To send service messages you can disable at any time.

Threads integration

Our Threads API app acts on behalf of the Threads account that granted access (for Maia, that is @maya.tarot.astro). It searches public posts the account owner asked to find, reads replies to that account’s own posts, and publishes a reply only after the owner taps Approve in the English web console at pay.maia-astro.com/review or in the private operator console. It does not collect or store personal data of other Threads users beyond the public content shown for review.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with processors needed to run the service: AI model providers (to generate readings), payment providers (to process payments), and hosting. Each receives only what is necessary.

Retention & deletion

Data is kept while you use the service. Send /delete_me to the bot at any time for a full, immediate wipe of your profile, readings and history. See also Data deletion instructions.

Age

The service is intended for users 18 years or older.

Contact: message the bot @maia_astro_bot in Telegram (the /feedback command reaches a human operator directly).

Как используем

• Для генерации персональных разборов (ваши данные передаются AI-провайдеру только чтобы создать запрошенный ответ).
• Для работы платных функций, кристаллов и подписки.
• Для сервисных сообщений, которые можно отключить.

Удаление

Команда /delete_me в боте мгновенно и полностью удаляет профиль, историю и все данные. Подробнее: инструкция по удалению данных.

Возраст

Сервис предназначен для пользователей старше 18 лет.
